Gnome started, weird error on boot

Hello,
yesterday all was fine. Newly set up Ubuntu Server, mainly for Docker.
Today, I rebooted it, and now seeing this (see screenshot).
Basically something with: cloud-init 4007... Datasource Datasourcenone... cc_final_message (Warning): Used fallback datasource.
What the...?
And also: as I rebooted today, I was presented by Gnome login prompt (GUI). If I did that, I would be a very deprecated gnome desktop. Why?? I didn't do sh** over night.
Everything very wird really.
Ideas whats going on?
