How to "Enable CONFIG_MEMCG in kernel Kconfig file"

Where to begin....

I am running CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (AltArch) on a Raspberry Pi 400. I am trying to create a RHEL8 VM.

I am running into this error

I've googled around and searched this forum but found nothing that tells me how to "Enable CONFIG_MEMCG in kernel Kconfig file".

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
