NFS share file content differ from NFS client

Hello
I have an issue for NFSv3 fs!
When a client server write to files to the NFS mount, the other clients should see the new content instantly for analyze log.
So when I run tail -f from other client I didn't see the line log continuously!! It's not shown until 15/20seconds...
I have tested many options with mount on some clients, like noac, lookupcache=none but didn't resolve problem.
Any suggestions/help?
