Baltimore Ravens right tackle Orlando Brown Jr. wants to be traded to a team that will deploy him at left tackle, sources told Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

Brown played the position at Oklahoma and moved back to the blindside in 2020 when All-Pro Ronnie Stanley went down with a season-ending ankle injury in Week 8.

A third-round pick in the 2018 draft, Brown made the Pro Bowl as a right tackle in 2019. He earned another nod this past season.

Brown drew attention when he tweeted his desire to stick at left tackle after the Ravens were eliminated from the playoffs.

I'm a LEFT Tackle.

Brown is the son of the late Orlando Brown Sr., who played six seasons for the Ravens in the 1990s and 2000s and started 80 games at right tackle.

The younger Brown recently told the Baltimore Sun's Daniel Oyefusi that he wants to play left tackle because it was his father's vision. The 24-year-old is entering a contract year in 2021 but posted on Twitter that his attitude toward his position has "never been about the money." Historically, left tackles have commanded greater deals than right tackles.
