In XFCE4 (LM 19.3) Can you change one 'stock folder's' color in Thunar's sidebar - treeview?

I want to change the color of a few often used folders in Thunar's treeview, like /.config, so they're easy to spot.
I don't want to change all Thunar's folders' color.

I also don't want to put every regularly used item in bookmarks on the toolbar, or the list will be too long.

In Cinnamon (Mint 18.1) it's easy to change the color of a stock folder icon (just grab one out of a different installed theme. Or, change to a different style icon.

Not so in LM 19.3 Thunar - XFCE (AFAIK). It doesn't appear to have an intentional way to change one icon in the sidebar or file pane (diff color of same icon, or diff style icon).

If it was a folder that uses a unique icon (like Downloads), I could manually swap that one out.
But for folders that all use the same icon like /.cache, /.configs, manually changing the "stock_folder.svg" would change all that use the same icon - defeating the purpose.

I found 0 hits on if / how this could be done in XFCE/Thunar, in several days searching.
