CentOS6 to CentOS7 Migration Error - "fsck error 2"

I am migration a VM from CentOS6 to CentOS7.
I am following below steps :

After some time I get login prompt but login doesn't work. It gives login prompt again.

Has anyone successfully migrated CentOS6 to CentOS7 or faced such issue.
