OPNSense. Multi WAN, force one local ip to specific wan.

I've been playing with this all night. I can't figure how to force a single ip on my lan to use a specific wan. I'm just not understanding something. No matter what or where I put my rule it goes the default choice. The only way I can get it to use the other is to change the global default.
