One particular RAR file giving me weird error when I try copying it

I downloaded a RAR file to my boot partition which has about 400 gigs free. Whenever I try to copy this ONE particular RAR file to another drive (which has 470 gigs free), I get this error:

Attachment 35613

This RAR file is 2 gigs in size. If I try copying a 10 gig file to the same destination, no errors, it copies perfectly.

If I click 'copy anyway', it copies just fine. Once the file is on the destination, if I try and copy it to anywhere else, same error. Been using Linux for a few years now and I have never seen this behaviour before. Any ideas?

My Debian is totally up to date. I'm baffled.
