Trying to install RHEL 8 on VM Ware Workstation12 and encountering kernel error

Hi All,
Need some help on installing RHEL 8.0 on VM Workstattion 12 as after clicking on Install option on the beginning of installation I am encountering an error "[end -Kernal Panic - Not Syncing: Fatal exception:- ". Can someone please guide me through to resolve it?
