Norfolk man killed in collision with horse
Police have identified a Norfolk man as the victim in fatal collision with a horse in Oxford County early Wednesday morning.
Arthur Ridgewell, 64, was the lone driver in the single-car collision.
On Wednesday, Feb. 17, before 5:30 a.m., police say a car struck a loose horse on Oxford County Road 13.
The driver died at the scene.
Police said in a release that the horse also died as a result of the collision. The investigation continues.
