Failed to run Criptext

I downloaded the app on criptext.com, run it on Debian 10.8 and got this error. Can anyone help?

[18438:0220/140333.606828:FATAL:setuid_sandbox_host.cc(157)] The SUID sandbox helper binary was found, but is not configured correctly. Rather than run without sandboxing I'm aborting now. You need to make sure that /tmp/.mount_CripteU8sXxP/chrome-sandbox is owned by root and has mode 4755.
