upgrade only a specific non official depo package ? for example OBS ? and regarding yay

I am using Arch based linux, Plasma.
I wanted to upgrade ONLY OBS package. But i can't find any info on it in all the google and all linux help site.
I came across this command
Code:$ yay -Pu, which suppose to list out all the packages that need to be upgrade/ upgrade available.
I tried the Code:yay -Pu, but it shows no output.
However when i do Code:yay-Syu, it shows tons of packages need upgrade !
Why is that so ? since so many packages need to be upgraded, why Code:yay -Pu shows nothing ?
Don't know how to upgrade / update OBS package along without spending lot of time to upgrade other packages which i don't care right now.
