evil twin attack, kali live and macchanger

I want to perform my evil twin on a network that I own which is an airtel router I want to hack my router's password when I try to it with the airgeddon script on kali lynx I've cloned it from Github
a few process run but when I try to dos attack on that router to capture the handshake it quit itself and said that it seems to me that the attack has failed.
my second question is want to run the Kali Linux live version with gnome interface but kali live doesn't save the changes what should I do to save the changes Linux live system that I want to use.
my third question is when I use macchanger in Linux to change the mac address in of WLAN interface it doesn't change it says that it seems that the interface is busy or u don't have the permission for that operation and I know that I am using the root access to perform this operation but this error doesn't let me change my mac address if anybody is seeing this question plz don't mind my translation it is a bit in progress.
