Other OS program repositories, how access?. why no scripts ex: freedos

My question is
There is a bunch of public domain software for other operating systems, why or how don't they have them in main repositories?...
2 examples: freedos demos public domain, and public domain
and quickbasic 64 games demos public domain, and public domain
