I'm no longer getting email notifications for replies to my subscribed threads.

I recall I had this issue a long time ago - don't remember how it was resolved back then. I just noticed today that I'm no longer getting email notifications for replies to my subscribed threads.

I checked my spam folder - nothing there.

Any ideas, guys?
