Bionicpup32 Updates

Hello all -
My question is:
When Bionicpup32-8.0-UEFI.iso is updated, what is updated?
I ask because:
Bionicpup32-8.0-UEFI.iso = 274kb (280,576kb after download)
Bionicpup32-8.0-UEFI+26.iso = 274kb (280,576kb after download)
I cannot find any reference to additions, bug fixes or improvements on the download site (SourceForge) which I feel would be helpful.
So if you know what I don't please tell, thanks
