Have you seen Amber Ellis? Police requesting public’s help to find missing Hagersville woman
Haldimand County OPP are asking for the public's help finding a missing Hagersville woman who was last seen more than a month ago.
In a tweet Tuesday, police said they were looking for Amber Ellis, 32, who was last seen at a home in Hagersville.
In an email to The Spectator, Const. Rod LeClair said Ellis' family contacted police on March 8 as they were concerned about Ellis and had not heard from her since the beginning of February.
Ellis is described as standing five-foot-nine, weighing 120 pounds and has a thin build. She has long, dark hair and brown eyes.
LeClair said Ellis has possible ties" to Cambridge, Brantford, Hamilton and Six Nations of the Grand River.
As of Friday, LeClair said the investigation is ongoing and they are asking the public for help in locating her.
Anyone with information about Ellis is asked to call the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
