Brees announces retirement after 20 seasons

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees has announced his retirement after 20 seasons in the NFL.

Brees entered the league in 2001 and walks away as the league's all-time leader in passing yards and pass completions.
The 42-year-old reportedly signed a deal with NBC Sports during the offseason to join the network once he retires as a player.
