The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed on a two-year, $26-million deal with pass-rusher Yannick Ngakoue, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Ngakoue played for the Minnesota Vikings and Baltimore Ravens last season after spending his first four NFL campaigns on the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Maryland product was traded from Jacksonville to Minnesota last August for a second-round pick and a 2022 conditional fifth-rounder and then involved in another trade between the Vikings and Ravens midway through the season. The deal sent a third-round selection and a 2022 conditional fifth-round pick back to Minnesota.

The Pro Bowler, who will turn 26 later this month, has never produced fewer than eight sacks in a season since entering the NFL as a third-round pick in 2016. However, he hasn't been able to post another double-digit sack campaign since doing so in 2017.

The Raiders registered only 21 sacks in 2020, ranking 29th in the league. Defensive end Maxx Crosby has led the club in sacks during each of the last two seasons, finishing with 10 and seven.

Ngakoue is the second notable free-agent pass-rusher to leave the Ravens this offseason, as two-time Pro Bowl linebacker Matt Judon reportedly also agreed to join the New England Patriots on Monday.

In Las Vegas, Ngakoue will reunite with defensive coordinator Gus Bradley, who was the Jaguars head coach when he joined the league.
