CentOS 7 & 8 Replica Server for DR

Hello,
Can anyone please provide advice as to the best way of achieving a hot replica of a CentOS 7.9 / 8 server from one physical server to another, the second server resides on a separate site. Both servers run on ESXi 6.7 (free) and therefore this cannot be achieved using VMware technology. The source server cannot be shutdown for this to take place and I want to be able to keep the replica up to date on a weekly or even daily basis.
