Hi, this came up this morning at work....why doesnt tcpdump show any attempts even if a route exists, but is a bad route...i cant wrap my head around this. I have included a screenshot of an SSH connection when the route was incorrect, i see no attempts of 10.0.10.20 trying to reach 10.225.242.128.....I have fixed the issue, i just cant wrap my head around why tcpdump doesn't show traffic going to the wrong route, maybe someone smarter than me can explain. thanks. I only have a screenshot of the console output attached.
