Gstreamer playbin with a multi-program stream - is this possible?

Multi-program transport streams (ie: MPEG2-TS with multiple services):
I've been trying to see if it is possible to select a program when using playbin pipeline, but I'm hitting a wall. Surely there's got to be some workaround, but I am not finding it.
You can select different video/audio "streams" but it only picks up the ones associated with the 1st program it sees.
Is playbin just not meant for that? Is there any way?
