Dunno - how i should set up bluetooth ?

Hi there, i had a Generic USB Bluetooth adapter. i had manually start
Code:/usr/bin/bluetoothdafter i ran
Code:blueman-appletin the GUI i try to connect to my Phone a DG310 ( Doogee Voyager 2 ) nothing happend, i try from Smartphone to this Device, then ask for PIN.
i don't idea idea how i must set the PIN for Bluez v5.47
because after add this device i want to try Bluetooth device called Dualpow is a headphone with mic .

But i don't had idea how i should use for example

i try pair phone with :
