Unable to connect HostGator

Hi all,
I don't know whether here is the right forum for my question.
Recently, I purchase the Business Plan, Shared Hosting, from HostGator. At the beginning, there was no problem connecting them regarding Transfer of my WP websites, all on cPanel, from my old hosting company to them. Suddenly I lost connect with them for more than 15 hours. Connecting their live-chat on;

click "Sign In" -> Portal (Head to the customer dashboard)
hanging there for prolonged time and finally showing;Code:The connection has timed outclick "Live Chat"Code:404: Page not found.Please help. Thanks
