Stoney Creek trustee balks at settling for Billy Green gym reno plan

Hamilton public school trustees are resisting a staff proposal to renovate rather than rebuild gyms at four elementary schools - including Billy Green in upper Stoney Creek - because the province won't allow the long-promised expansions.
