My good old HP printer was executing a print job when it stops printing, not a paper problem nor an ink problem.
Reinstalling the printer with Cups localhost:631 says printer ready to print but it is not. The green LED is on for a few seconds, then the red LED starts flashing. That's all, no starting sounds.
