Install NTFS module without yum

I have an old RHEL 5.3 server that I want to install ntfs utilities on. How can I do this without yum (network restrictions)?
I am trying to mount an external HDD and this system has no NTFS modules. I have read about ntfs-3g and fuse but am not sure how to go about getting them without EPEL or yum or some other package.
I'm not very up on filesystems/ntfs or installing modules without like this without yum. Could i find the ntfs driver and install it manually using rpm?
I am grateful for any input here. Thank you
