How to install moderncsv from command line in a CloudReady Linux container

Hello. I would like to run [moderncsv](https://www.moderncsv.com/) inside the Linux container on an expired Asus Chromebox running CloudReady. I downloaded it to the "Linux files" folder and unzip it but then I don't know how to launch it. Any help appreciated.
