The Kansas City Chiefs are re-signing wide receiver Demarcus Robinson to a one-year contract, his agents told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Robinson signed a $1.1-million deal that is fully guaranteed, sources told Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle.

He set career highs in receptions (45) and yards (466) in 2020 and also scored three touchdowns.

The Florida product has tallied 120 receptions for 1,415 yards and 11 scores through five seasons. The Chiefs drafted Robinson in the fourth round in 2016.

Kansas City has attempted to bolster its receiving depth this offseason. The club made a late run to sign JuJu Smith-Schuster before he decided to return to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Robinson rejoins a wide receiver group that is headlined by Tyreek Hill and Mecole Hardman. Former Chiefs wideout Sammy Watkins remains an unrestricted free agent.
