Debian 10 buster No sound..

So I'm back,
Currently dual booting windows 10 and debian 10.
Soooo, My sound works perfect on windows 10 so I know its not a hardware port issue.
When I open pavucontrol I can see the firefox sound meter thing bouncing while playing a youtube video if thats any indication but I hear absolutely nothing.
Any ideas? Willing to try whatever including purging and reinstalling things or whatever.
