KDE Plasma 5.21.3 - No software updates for the past few days

What is going on? I was used to have updates each day...
My Desktop machine, is set to "Manual", my Laptop to "Automatic".
I expected that at least I will see notification on the desktop pc, but - nothing.
IS there a problem on my pc?
Is it possible that something I did recently, blocked my updates? I followed a suggestion to fix seeing ppa error by doing this:
The PPAs are kept in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/*.list. Just renaming *.list to *.list.bak will disable them.
