More people test positive for COVID-19 at St. Joe's, library, grocery stores

A COVID-19 outbreak has been declared at the Charlton campus of St Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton after two people tested positive for the virus. COVID-19 cases have also appeared at local libraries, grocery stores and a pharmacy.
