Please recommend a European “Registrar”

Okay, and please let us say that OVH, Ghandi and Strato do not exist for this exchange.

... and that only a bank-transfer from a French or German bank, alternatively a che(ck|que), sent by snail-mail are acceptable to me. This is a must, I do not pay online, do not even have a credit card and : NEVER WILL.
Edit: And I do not depend enough from the Internet to bother much about the disposal of my domain. So, Not-having-a-domain is a valid solution. My current Registrar is a nuisance, I have to explain technical details to the support before they can even try to understand any trouble - usually with their configuration interface - that I may have,
