for some reason my conky isnt in same time as my operating system.

my conky has a large clock on top of it, it shows time like this :
Code:21:05on my xfce4 panel the clock shows time like this :
Code:00:05its a difference of 3 hours.
i dont have a clue why that is happening.
i have tried to reboot etc but that didnt work.
