Lane restrictions and closures on Rymal Road East start Monday
Construction on Rymal Road East between Dartnall and Nebo roads is expected to start on Monday and last for two weeks.
The City of Hamilton said in a release that traffic delays are expected in the area on the east Mountain as lane closures and restrictions are put in place on Rymal Road near the Hamilton SPCA.
Construction includes the installation of a concrete storm sewer across Rymal Road. Businesses and residents in the area can expect the work begin on Monday, April 12.
The release also said, that motorists and HSR buses can expect delays and to give yourself extra time or take an alternate route.
This will impact HSR Route 44 Rymal, Route 22 Upper Ottawa, Red Hill Business Park Trans-Cab and ATS/DARTS service in the area," said the city.
The construction is expected to be completed late April, weather permitting.
