cloning current debian system

hi im wondering if i can use gnome disks>create disk image to clone my system
and then boot up a fresh ssd in my laptop and restore that clone onto the new ssd ?
whats the easiest way to copy my system onto a iso, or img so i dont have to set it up every time on multiple computers.
also is there a way once ive configured my debian setup to burn to a iso - usb so i can just boot it and install all my already downloaded pkgs, and config files already configured to save time.
