Dual boot

Hello!
After a malware attack at our public offices network in December 2020, i was advised not to install linux anymore (unless i want to lose my job).
My job computer was one of the very few that wasn't affected, but nevertheless they formatted the hard drive and installed windows 10 again with a new firewall (windows defender i guess) which frequently brings my machine to perform poorly in comparison to linux.
So my actual question is: If i configure my /etc/lilo.conf file in order to load windows directly without the standard menu showing up at boot time, is there any shortcut that can be used to call the lilo menu before windows boots up?
Thanks in advance for your help.
