typos in pkgtool man page and glibc-zoneinfo script, seperate vs separate

I noticed a couple of typos in the 'pkgtool' man page and the glibc-zoneinfo-* script.
In short, seperate is a misspelling of separate.
In the glibc-zoneinfo-* package...
