Target Sources is configured multiple times... but listed file/s do not exist

Hello all. Any & all help here is greatly appreciated.
I have an issue I've seen posted several times in many places as "solved" but none of them address my specific issue.

U'm running Debian 10 Buster with all known updates current. Here is the command & its output on my machine with which I need help - -

However, the statement outputs listing files called /etc/apt/sources.list:6 and /etc/apt/sources.list:11" DO NOT EXIST ON MY SYSTEM.

How do I correct/delete these incorrect/nonexistent target sources?
