Hello,
im trying to avoid writing a script and wonder if there is a way to "flatten" the destination directory during copy? .. magic combination of params in cp... maybe something with tar ...

e,g.
given:
source dir/XXX/file.name
source_dir/file1.name
desired:
dest_dir/file.name
dest_dir/file1.namelatest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=U_axCcTIcc4:ETN9kZW14ao:F7zBnMy latest?i=U_axCcTIcc4:ETN9kZW14ao:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=U_axCcTIcc4:ETN9kZW14ao:gIN9vFwU_axCcTIcc4
