Pihole, Firewall or what

I am utterly fed up with the home schooling of my children. I don't have time to whip them into doing their stuff or following the useless webex conferences. Nevertheless, they get easily distracted and it is too easy to forget oneself on watching endless youtube or tiktok videos and for that reason I would like to implement some time restrictions for it.
I would like to limit the access to youtube, tiktok, discord, maybe even netflix, prime video and disney + to weekends and evening hours. I do not even care if it restricts that on every connected cadget in my network, I have no need for those during my own working hours either.
I understood that it might be possible with Raspberry and pi-hole. With my router (fritz-box) it is hopeless, at least on the standard user-interface. I can not really find the addresses that I need to block or monitor the traffic, and restricting something during certain hours is a no-go, it is limited to limiting the whole internet access, which is principally a useless solution...Other than that - I do not know if there would be an usable way to mod my fritzbox.
I have also my own NAS-server, running Ubuntu-Server, I could convert that into a firewall, although I am not keen on that. Theoretically, it is not running 24/7. So I am halfway through to ordering a Raspberry and trying it out with pi-hole.
Opinions? I really don't need advice like, talk and try to reason with your kids. I am done talking and they are not really doing that stuff deliberately, the kids at their age just don't have the sufficient self-discipline to control their time. In the end I do not give a sh!t if they go and hack themselves through the restrictions, at least then I know that they have certainly learnt something and become adept in hacking.
