VNC Issues with Autostart

I'm trying to set up VNC to start every time the server reboots, following the "Creating a Systemd unit file" instructions here: https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-ins...c-on-debian-9/ (except using TightVNC & Debian 10 & a lower resolution). Everything seemed to work, but the service starts as "Active: inactive (dead)" and VNC Server doesn't run. I can manually start VNC just fine.
