SDDM : Wrong language at login

Hi all
I have tried many things but impossible to change the language og SDDM at login ( when KDE is launched, no problem ).
I have put in "/usr/share/sddm/scripts/Xsetup" :
Code:LANG="fr_FR.utf-8"
export LANG
LC_TIME="fr_FR.utf-8"
export LC_TIME
setxkbmap frThe "setxkbmap fr" is well taken into account : I have the "good" keyboard.
But the date and hour is always in English format !
