Installation Hangup (Low Disk Space)

I have Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS installed on a ASUS M32 PC with a 120GB SSD.

When I try and install Linux Mint 20.1 from a DVD (have successfully installed Mint on my laptop from same DVD) it keeps getting hung up on a "Low Disk Space" error (https://ibb.co/2ZYfcwR). It give me two options, to either "Examine" or "Ignore," if I click examine it goes to a black screen with endless error text scrolling up at supersonic speeds and if I click ignore the cursor turns into a "spinning thinking wheel" and gets stuck there forever. I can get to the live session of Mint and even start to install but within a few minutes the "Low Disk Space" error appears and I can't get around it successfully to the rest of the install.

I can remove the disk and restart my PC to get back into Ubuntu and it works fine enough. When I go to the Disks utility it shows that I have tons of free space (https://ibb.co/1G5XRcf).

Any suggestions?
