Freezes on fresh install of Ubuntu mate 20.04 on Dell Vostro 3460

Ubuntu Mate used to work fine on my notebook, but maybe from after some upgrade it starts to freeze. Initially I thought it was Chrome, till it starts to freeze on Firefox too.
So, I've made a fresh install + couple of apps. Again: it freeezes, mouse pointer irresponsive but moves a little. After a lot of minutes, notebook backs to normality.
I've saved logs (just the part of today): system, kernel, dmesg, but I don't have the knowledge to find the problem. Thank you for any help.
Is there any proper way to attach the logs?
