"Request timed out" problem.

Hello,
I have a server running Linux Debian 10.2. I have a prolem of pinging this machine. Every now and then - say once in 500 times I get a cmd in Windows - "request timed out". This situation only occurs when this machine is pinged over the network.
This server hosts the ERP system database and from time to time this program returns a message that it is impossible to connect to the database.
I checked the physical connection, changed ports and the situation is the same.
I also made static ARP entries on a Windows and Linux machine but it didn't help.
