Problems installing chess engines in Scid.
by Camello from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5HAR0)
Hello,
I am trying to install chess engines in Scid 4.6.4 but in the last step when I click to open it the application freezes.
The packages recommended for this installation in synaptic are installed: tcl-snack386, texlive-games, etc.
After the path,
tools>motor#1>New>name/order/directory>Downloads
Pychess and Arena are installed and run perfectly well, it's Scid that gives me problems.
The operating system is MXLinux 4.19.0-16-amd64
Code:Machine:

Thanks for any advice.
