Trying to uninstall wine 1.6 on Mint 20

I installed wine 1.6 on my Mint 20 pc. It works beautifully. I then proceeded to install several older windows programs that I need for my graphics business. They all worked beautifully. Here's the rub, today I finally got Quark Express 7.0 (desktop publishing). When I started the installation process, it popped up with "Quark 7.0 requires a computer running Windows XP. This computer does not have XP. Then it exits. I thought I specified XP when I setup Wine, but upon investigationg, the conffiguration says Windows 7.
I tried to uninstall Wine with the Software manager. It says it uninstalled it (after 2 tries). Wine directory is gone. So, I went back to the software and hit the install button again. Went through install really quickly, but it's still showing Windows 7.0. What now?
