I made a purchase/enrollment, whatever the proper term is. Th website doesn't seem to have any record of it on my profile. The generic help section only assumes that the payment didn't happen but my credit card company disagrees. I tried contacting support through their system but have yet to hear anything. Is there a phone number I can try or hours their support on the website is available?
