System starts with Dummy Output as Sound output device

Here are some details of my system :
1. I have a fresh installation of Ubuntu 21.04. That means I haven't upgraded.
2. I am dual booting with Windows 10.
3. I am not using HDMI ports.
4. When the system boots, there is no sound output from Desktop speakers and all I see is "Dummy Output" as Sound output device under Settings > Sound.
5. At this stage, if I connect my HeadPhone, then I get the sound. If I connect buds, that too works.
So the only issue is no Desktop sound upon login. But, when I change the Sound Profile to "Analog Stereo Duplex" even if it is appearing as Unavailable at PuseAudio Volume Control app, then the desktop sound starts working but only till the next booting. Please note that at PulseAudio > Configuration tab, the only available option appearing is "Analog Stereo Input".
So, on each login I have to change the sound profile to get the sound working.
Here is the listing for aplay -l
Code: cat /proc/asound/cards
0 [PCH ]: HDA-Intel - HDA Intel PCH
HDA Intel PCH at 0x6001128000 irq 135I tried different things after going through several of the posts on similar issues (mostly from other sites) but nothing worked so far.
